Was at East Coast Park, Singapore, yesterday and was very happy to be involved in this meaningful event. It is a demonstration by the skating community on the different aspects of inline skating to the public. This is to create more awareness in skating in the hope that the authorities would build them a better and bigger skating rink in the area soon. It's a Tai Ji extravaganza at Kebun Baru Community Center on the 30 May 2009. Clubs and association from all over Singapore came to take part in this stunning display of taiji. Republic Polytechnic Invitational Canoeing Championship 2008, Singapore. This event saw various polytechnics in Singapore racing 1000m and 500m sprint on their canoes and kayaks. Polytechnics who participated in this event held at Mac Ritchie Reservoir include Singapore Poly, Ngee Ann Poly, Temasek Poly, Nanyang Poly and of course, Republic Poly. The annual Round Ubin Kayak Race 2008 on the 9th November saw more than 150 participants from various secondary schools, polytechnics and local universities compete with each other.
